All our hotel rooms are modern, stylish, and individually furnished, designed with soft fabrics and sustainable materials. The rooms are luxurious, comfortable, and fully equipped. Each room features a lovely box-spring bed with high-quality, wonderfully soft 100% cotton bed linen, ensuring you a good night's sleep. All rooms have king-size beds, two pillows with different levels of firmness, and cozy duvets.
The bathrooms are also tastefully decorated with a walk-in rain shower, Grohe design taps, and amenities as you would expect from a boutique hotel.

The lighting plan is unique, allowing you to call up various (colored) light scenes with one click. The light scene we have selected for you comes into effect as soon as you enter the room, without you having to do anything. Everything turns off automatically as soon as you leave the room – comfortable and sustainable.

A sustainable eco-friendly hotel room
Wtw Ventilation
The rooms are supplied with a lot of fresh air 24/7, much more than an ordinary open window. The warm exhaust air is used to heat up the fresh air.
Light
The advanced LED light system, but also the air conditioning, are activated by presence detectors in the rooms. In short, lights and air conditioning turn on and off automatically.
Beds
Not only are the beds great, but they are also 100% recyclable. For instance, the bed cover is made from plastic collected from the sea, which is then used to produce yarn.
Amenities
Of course, we no longer use miniatures for our bathroom items, but only refillable bottles. These bottles are made of wheat straw and therefore eco-friendly.
Toilet paper
100% tree-friendly & sustainable toilet paper: that's how it should be. The Good Roll donates 50% to the construction of toilets and is made from 100% recycled paper, without chlorine, dyes and fragrances.
Heat pump
To create hot water, we use heat pump boilers and a hybrid heat pump to provide you with hot water as sustainably as possible.
Underfloor heating
All hotel rooms are equipped with underfloor heating, which not only ensures nice warm feet, but is also the most energy efficient to heat the rooms.
The windows
The windows have an extra sun-resistant and sound-proof foil and cannot be opened. In this way no energy is lost when cooling or heating the room. There is also no sound leak and we keep all insects out.
