Check-out is until 11:00 am on the day of departure. Afterward, it is always possible to leave your luggage with us. If you are checking out before 08:00, we kindly request settling the bill the evening before departure

Your socialized dog is very welcome. For €13.50 per night, he/she can come along. You must report this in advance. We will provide you with check-indog rulesalong. We ask you friendly to read this carefully and sign it

The tourist tax in Wormerland, including registration in the night register, is €1.60 per person per night

All rooms are spacious and accessible without barriers, located on the ground floor. However, the room does not have specific facilities for disabled and/or wheelchair users. Additionally, some bathroom/toilet doors are relatively narrow, with door openings between 70-85cm. More...

YOur suite is available from 3 pm. If you arrive earlier, you can, of course, leave your luggage with our staff so that you are free to enjoy your stay. Our reception is open daily from 08:00 to 19:00

For bookings of up to 2 rooms and a maximum of 7 days, the following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date is free of charge.

In case of cancellation between 7 days and the arrival date, 100% of the total reserved amount, excluding tourist tax, will be charged

In case the reception is closed, we can leave an access pass in a locker. This way, you can check in 24/7, even if we are no longer present

For bookings of more than 2 rooms or stays of 7 nights or more, the following cancellation charges apply (as a percentage of the booking amount). Depending on the check-in date:
               3 to 2 months = 15%
               2 to 1 month = 35%
               30 to 14 days = 60%
               Less than 14 =  100%

Smoking is prohibited in the entire hotel. If we find that there is smoking in the room, we are obliged to charge a cleaning fee of €150.00. Smoking is allowed outside in the following areas: Near the entrance, where the ashtray is located, and on the terrace, as long as this does not cause a nuisance to other (eating) guests
